Do I need to buy match tickets in advance?

It is possible to pay in cash “on the gate” however we have a considerably lower capacity at Claines Lane than we have had in the past at St Georges Lane & during our time in exile. The only way to guarantee your entry on a match day & to avoid a wasted journey is to purchase “tickets” in advance via our online store.

I can't print my match ticket / When will I receive my match ticket in the post?

We do not issue tickets to print off, nor do we send them in the post. As soon as you confirm your order your will receive a confirmation email. All you need to do is either: Print off or show your confirmation email on your phone at the ground entrance.

I have placed an order and opted to collect it at Claines Lane, Can I pick it up at anytime?

We do not have any staff at Claines Lane apart from on Match Days and other specified times, which will be announced via the website, social media or by email. So if you have placed an order get in touch via the “contact us” form and we let you know when you can pick it up.

I have placed an order via but had no response or confirmation email

If you have made an order and not received a confirmation within 5 minutes it could mean you have entered your email incorrectly or there is an issue with you receiving the email. If this happens please let us know straight away via the contact form.

Can I park at the Ground?

We have a limited amount of onsite parking at the Ground at a cost of £5 per car which must be booked in advance of match day via this store (see match tickets). 
We have plenty of off site parking close to the ground – a parking map is available with your match ticket confirmation or visit our main club website for full match day information.

I am disabled can I park at the ground?

We have onsite parking available for those with disabilities, however the parking must be booked in advance of match day. Email:

The game has been postponed, can I have a refund?

Yes. Please use the CONTACT FORM on this website for a quick response & please add your order number to avoid any delay. Please note that if you are requesting a refund for a postponed game it must be claimed no later than 48 hours before the re-arranged game. If you do not request a refund, your pre-paid entry will be valid for the re-arranged date.
